How To Make Magnesium Spray

Making your own magnesium spray is quite simple to do, and comes with a whole slew of benefits.

If you are someone who draws a bath and adds some magnesium salts to it, you already have the ingredients to make it yourself! That’s right to make magnesium spray (also called magnesium oil) it only calls for 2 ingredients: Magnesium flakes and water.

I firmly believe that if you are an active gym goer or someone who exercises a lot, magnesium spray should be something found in your gym bag or medicine cabinet.

Magnesium spray is not just for the active body, it is also for the ones with arthritis, plantar fasciitis, a girl on her period , and used as a calming spray before bed to help you sleep.

I first got hooked on magnesium spray completely by accident. I was purchasing some oils from a company and they were offering a free gift if you spend a certain amount of money, so like all good shoppers trying to save a buck I spent more by trying to get something for free. I put my oils in the cart and I was short by about 10 dollars, so I went on their website and they were selling a 3 pound bag of magnesium flakes for about 12 dollars. I added it to the cart and got my free gift, a 2 ounce bottle of magnesium oil.

When my package arrived I didn’t know what to do with the magnesium oil, so I looked it up and I saw that some people online say that it helps them sleep, so that night I got ready for bed and sprayed it on my arms and I was expecting instant relaxation….that’s not what happened. My arms started tingling in a strange but kinda fun way and I picked up the bottle and it said right there you might feel tingly the first time you apply, and to stop the tingling put on some lotion or cream (the more deficient in magnesium you are, the more tingly you will be). I decided to just enjoy the tingling and I went to bed. When I woke up, I actually felt rested! I finally felt dare I say… good? As someone who doesn’t get the best quality sleep I was in shock and overjoyed! That is the story on how my love affair began with magnesium spray.

Now let me tell you how to make it.
