How To Make Magnesium Spray

- 1 Glass spray bottle
Materials
- Distilled or filtered water
- Magnesium Chloride flakes
Instructions
- You are looking to have equal parts of magnesium and water
- Fill your spray bottle half way up with your magnesium flakes
- Heat up your water in a kettle or sauce pan until it's hot but not boiling
- Pour water into bottle, and with the heat the majority of the flakes should dissolve instantly. The larger flakes will dissolve, they just take a little longer, shaking the bottle helps
- Voila! Your DIY Magnesium spray is ready!
