Jamaica (Hibiscus Flower Tea)
This is an easy to make, tasty, and floral drink that you will always want to be sipping! Traditionally served with Mexican food, but can be made any time!

- 1½ cups Dried Hibiscus Flowers
- ½ cup Sugar
- 8 cups Water
Rinse your dried hibiscus flowers and add them to boiling water and let steep
Strain out the flowers, add sugar, and ice, and serve!
This recipe is completely versatile, adjust it to your personal tastes. If you like it sweeter, add more sugar. If you want it stronger, add more flowers, or let it steep longer.
As to not waste, I like to steep the flowers twice, it won't be as strong, and still super tasty! Make sure to add sugar to the second batch if doing.
