Refund Policy

At Pure Way Of Life, your satisfaction matters to us. Because our skincare products are personal-use items, we do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, we proudly offer refunds under the following conditions:

Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused or minimally used (no more than one pump/test use).
• You must provide your order number and clear photos of the product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

• The product
• The packaging
• The shipping box

We will gladly issue a refund or replacement.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Products used beyond a single test application
• Requests made after the 7-day window
• Allergic reactions (we recommend patch testing before full use)

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days.
